Unjust Post New Track

Unjust are currently hard at work on their forthcoming new album, To Lose A Name, due out in the Spring on Kool Arrow. The band have posted a demo of the new track "In Search Of A Ghost" at unjust.com.


Unjust Prepare Glow Release

Unjust have inked a deal with Co-Pro Records in the U.K. The band’s latest album, Glow will be issued in Europe on March 22nd. Unjust will also re-release Glow in the U.S. on Koolarrow Records on March 9th.

Unjust Debut New Guitarist
23 November 2001
Unjust unveiled new guitarist Mike Merino at a show on Wednesday night in Concord, CA. The 19-year-old Merino, and former frontman of the band Sora, recently replaced longtime Unjust guitarist Russell Tabayoyon. Unjust debuted two new songs, "CV" and "Iam", which the band recently demoed for industry purposes.


Unjust Plot "Come Feel Me" Video

Unjust are set to shoot the video for "Come Feel Me" in San Francisco, CA on Wednesday, September 5th. The clip will be directed by Robert Poswell (The Donnas) and comes from the band's new album "Makeshift Grey". The video, which is expected to be incredibly dark and experimental, is expected to premiere in early October. A U.S. release for "Makeshift Grey" is not expected until 2002, however fans can purchase the recently released European version of the album from the band's web site, unjust.com.


Unjust Added To California Music Awards

Unjust have been added to the California Music Awards on April 27th in Oakland, CA. The band join Papa Roach and Sammy Hagar as performers. Unjust recently won the Live 105 / California Music Awards Rising Star Showcase to get a slot on the awards show and $15,000 in recording time.

Skinlab will now release their highly-anticipated new album "tHEreVOLTINGROOM>>dISTURBING tHE aRT oF eXPRESSION<<" in early 2002. 'Revolting Room' was produced by Steve Evetts (Sepultura, Earth Crisis). The album features guest appearances by Glassjaw frontman Daryl Palumbo ("Now That You're One Of Us"), Paul Mendoza of Unjust ("Anthem For A Fallen Star"), 36 Crazyfists singer Brock Lindow ("Take As Needed"), Juan Urteaga of Vile ("Slave The Way") and Chris Agguaire of (209) on ("Isolation").


Skinlab Ready 'Anthem' Single And Set Guests For 'Revolting' Return

Skinlab are preparing to release their highly-anticipated new album "tHEreVOLTINGROOM>>dISTURBING tHE aRT oF eXPRESSION<<" on October 16th. The first single is expected to be the track "Anthem For A Fallen Star" featuring Unjust singer Paul Mendoza. A video for the track is currently in the works.

'Revolting Room' was produced by Steve Evetts (Sepultura, Earth Crisis). The album features guest appearances by Glassjaw frontman Daryl Palumbo ("Now That You're One Of Us"), 36 Crazyfists singer Brock Lindow ("Take As Needed"), Juan Urteaga of Vile ("Slave The Way"), Chris Agguaire of (209) ("Isolation") and Paul Mendoza of Unjust ("Anthem For A Fallen Star"). Skinlab also recently recorded a cover of the Smashing Pumpkins' "Bullet With Butterfly Wings" for possible inclusion in an upcoming soundtrack.

Skinlab plan to tour Australia and Japan in October and are currently eyeing a full U.S. trek in January.

Skinlab is currently finishing up the effort with producer Steve Evetts (Sepultura). A tentative October 16th release date is being eyed.

Unjust Singer Wraps Up "Monsters, Inc." Film

Unjust singer Paul Mendoza recently completed work on the Disney / Pixar film "Monsters, Inc.". Mendoza is an animator at Pixar studios and has worked on movies that include "Toy Story", "A Bug's Life" and "Toy Story 2". The new film "Monsters, Inc." is expected to hit theaters in November. Unjust is planning to release their new album "Makeshift Grey" in September on an as of yet to be determined major label.

Skinlab Plan Guests For "The Revolting Room"

Skinlab is currently setting out plans for several guests on their upcoming album "The Revolting Room". The band will hit Indigo Ranch in Malibu, CA beginning June 1st with producer Richard Kaplan (Korn, Soulfly). Guests confirmed for the album so far include Paul Mendoza of Unjust on the track "Purify" and Brock Lindow of 36 Crazyfists on "Take As Needed". More guests are expected to be announced shortly. "The Revolting Room" is set to be released in early September through Century.
